Mae Alley is a 19-year-old freshman at CCAC who just finished her first semester with a 4.0. Her major is currently undecided. Her first submission, “The Drag Queens in Memory of Professor Sandy Callan” was written in her Journalism 101 course and she edited it with help from Professor Gavin Jenkins. Mae loves writing about Drag queens and Pittsburgh artists. She especially loves getting to meet the amazing people behind the art that they create and being able to share their stories that have inspired them to do so.
