i sip from my soda can
they drink happily from theirs,
and don’t seem to notice the
new marks on their bodies,
this Lemonade tastes shitty
i’m sick of this lukewarm
watered-down Lemonade of a summer how
dare i watch my girls have a good time
when i feel this weight
there must be something wrong with me.
why am i the only one who can’t seem
to chug this lukewarm beverage
